Values and behaviours game · Digital game
Explore your organisation's values and behaviours.
An engaging pathway to deeper understanding. SeTU™ digital shows how your organisation's values connect to everyday behaviours, and how each decision affects the player, their team and the organisation.
Rooted in Mokshapath, the 13th-century Indian game by Swami Gyandev that we know as Snakes and Ladders. Ladders are behaviours that match your values and move you forward. Serpents are behaviours that set you back.

Choose at the Destiny Gates.
Players navigate a board filled with scenarios that reflect real workplace situations. Ladders represent positive behaviours aligned with organisational values and propel them forward; serpents symbolise negative behaviours and cause setbacks. Every step is a decision with immediate feedback, so players internalise core values, understand the impact of their actions on their own and the organisation's success, and learn to exhibit behaviours that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Try it: four career stages, four workplace scenarios. At each crossroad, three choices move you forward and one sends you back, and the Decision Impact Scale grows as your career does. Finish with eight or more karma to win the badge.

"SeTU – when I first heard about it, that it's a ladder and snake game, I was really excited. I said, oh, what is it? Let me just see. I didn't know how it's played, etc., though it had the instructions very clearly written. And when I first tried that, some of my observations, because I tried it, I mean, I've done programs with SeTU many times, with many groups, senior groups, middle management groups, and even the youngsters. What I find is that the moment they see this game, the first thing is that they become like children. You know, they just are curious and want to know, hey, what's in it for me?"
